Whether you buy bags or gift cards, we’re happy to offer free UPS or USPS Standard Ground (3-10 business days) shipping within the U.S. For expedited shipping, we have varying rates. For bags, we charge $25 express (2-4 days) and $40 overnight (next day order by 12 pm) deliveries. For gift cards, we charge $7 express (2-4 day ) and $12 overnight (next day order by 12 pm) deliveries.
For International shipping, we charge a flat rate of $30.00 USD shipped via DHL.
Please note that shipping charges are per address, and that delivery times go into effect the business day after you place an order.
If you’re sending a gift, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can add a personal message to the packaging at no extra charge.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes; please provide a valid street address at the time of checkout.
We do not reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping address for an order.
U.S. Sales Tax
Sales tax applies to the state where the merchandise is being shipped from. Since BAMIN ships (and makes) its products from New York City, sales tax must be added to your order at our local sales tax rate. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
While we’re confident that you’ll love your BAMIN product, we’ll gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of customer receipt. But all returns must arrive unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged, in the original packaging.
Return Charge / Credit
If the item you wish to exchange costs more or less than the original item you ordered, you will be charged or credited using your original form of payment.
To request a return shipping label visit email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your Order Number and the name of the item being returned, as well as any other relevant information.
We will review your return request as soon as possible and email you a shipping label to print and affix to your box so you may return the item. If you do not have a printer and need us to mail you the return label, please let us know.
We will do our best to accommodate you if inventory is available, however, this may not always be possible if items sell out. Please email us at email@example.com with your order details, and we’ll look into it for you.
