When you purchase a BAMIN product you are making an investment. We are committed to our customers and guarantee against defects in materials and/or workmanship. Our commitment to our consumer's ongoing satisfaction means BAMIN will cover all repair expenses, including shipping costs (ground only) to and from our repair facility, damaged during the first six (6) months you own it. If we determine that the product is damaged beyond repair, we will replace it. If a replacement product is not available, we will provide you with a product of comparable value. The variations in color and texture are natural and desirable characteristics of authentic leather. Over time, the leather will acquire a patina and may also darken due to the oils from your skin and direct sunlight, further enhancing the look of your handbag. Please refer to our Product Care guidelines in FAQs page for further information on caring for your BAMIN product.
Conditions and exclusions
The warranty does not cover damages arising from dye transference, accidents or misuse, or from any alteration, service or repair performed by any other party other than BAMIN. We also cannot cover damages resulting from abuse, cosmetic (such as scratched leather or stained fabrics), and incidental or consequential events, such as damage or loss of the contents of a bag. In those cases where our warranty does not apply, we will promptly provide you with an estimate of any repair and return shipping costs that may be involved.
