We’ve curated the best of digital age-inspired creativity—from user-generated content, mash-ups, and remixes to collaborations between multi-disciplined makers.

To be honest, we kind of forgot about 2012’s much hyped but never released Lady Gaga and Kendrick Lamar collaborationPARTYNAUSEOUS.” The song was supposed to appear on Lamar’s critically acclaimed good kid, m.A.A.d. city but was scrapped from the record due to creative differences. It should be noted, however, that Gaga also stated that while she “was not willing to compromise musically to the changes his team was making to [her] music,” the axed song was in no way Lamar’s fault. She was apparently not entirely displeased with the end result, as she repurposed some of the non-Kendrick Lamar parts for an interlude during her ARTPOP tour. Now that the leaked version has popped up, there are two new verses from Lamar, bringing a more subdued element to Gaga’s dance/rave vibe.

The song was inspired by Lady Gaga’s cancelled “Born this way ball” in Jakarta. Her concert was cancelled due to protests from several Islamic groups such as the Islamic Defenders Front (FPI). And any track that involved singing about getting high with the enemy to find peace is a-okay in our book. So listen to “PARTYNAUSEOUS” below (hopefully, before it gets taken off the internet).
